Joy Ann Lofton Barnett, 42, passed away at her home in Coffeyville, Kansas with her family at her side on Sunday, March 10, 2024 after a short but hard-fought battle with cancer.

Cremation has taken place and services will be held at a later date.

The family of Joy Ann Lofton Barnett has entrusted the arrangement of the services to Zach and Dee Webb of locally owned Zach Webb Family Funeral Service of Independence, KS. Full obituary may be found at webbfamilyfuneralservice.com.
