Joyce M. Moses Price, 85, passed away on April 5, 2024, in Independence, Kansas, surrounded by love and support. Webb & Rodrick Chapel and Crematory conducted the cremation and will host a visitation on Wednesday, April 17, from 2:00-3:00 p.m. Those who would like to honor Joyce can make donations to Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice online or via mail.

Joyce was born on September 24, 1938, in Ft. Worth, Texas, to Harold Moses and Lola McFarlin Moses. She attended Texas Christian University in Ft. Worth, where she obtained a degree in Home Economics. Later, she settled in Independence. She enjoyed spending time with her family, teaching, traveling and real estate.

Joyce was preceded in death by her parents; husband; sister Glenda Moses and brother James Moses. Joyce is survived by her son, Robert and Tari Price, along with their two daughters, Natalie and Olivia, who reside in Burbank, California.
