IHS baseball brings the bats in victory at Baxter Springs

After having a six-game winning streak snapped at home by Ft. Scott in a doubleheader sweep on Tuesday, April 16, the Independence High School baseball team was hoping to bounce back at Baxter Springs last Friday. IHS did just that, jumping out to an early lead and keeping the host Lions at arm’s length en route to an 11-3 win.
